Congratulations on Joining Team PokerNews at the PokerNews Cup Austria!

...hab ich es also geschafft. Ich habe nach 10 Turnieren die Führung nicht mehr abgegeben. Konnte gestern sogar nochmal punkten und führe mit 75 Punkten die Overcards Liga an. Ich war von 10 Turnierne 4 mal am Final Table und das bei bis zu 80 Mitspielern. Darauf bin ich nun schon ein bißchen stolz. Als Lohn bin ich nun Mitglied des PokerNews Team und fahre am Dienstag nach Salzburg. :-) und spiele dort den PokerNews Cup mit.
Da geht es dann gleich mal mit einem Empfang für die Teammitglieder los. Schon aufregend.

Occupation: Occupational Therapist, self-employed with a own practice
Years playing poker: about 2 years
Why did you start playing poker? My boyfriend registered me to a live tourney without prior telling me. I only knew the rules … and got third place!
Do you play poker live, online, or both? I play both, but I prefer the live game.
What are your favourite poker games to play? NL Hold´em
Do you play more tournaments or ring games? I play both but I prefer playing tournaments.
What is your biggest poker success? St. Maarten Package Tourney, a 150€ RB Live-Tourney. 1.place. I won 2 weeks St Maarten/Caribbean Trip, for 2 persons + the entry fee 3500$ for the Caribbean Experience
How did you feel when you won a PokerNews Cup Austria package? Proud.
How did you celebrate your win? I will celebrate in Salzburg.
What are your hobbies? My Kids, my grandson and Poker, Poker, Poker…
Have you ever played in a major poker tournament before? St Maarten Open – Caribbean Experience 2006
Have you ever been to Austria? Often, because I lived in Munich for a long time…not far away from Austria
Any other interesting facts about yourself? I have 3 children and a grandson. I´m a very young grandma – a very young playing poker grandma J My boyfriend is quite a good player as well, he qualified for the Pokerstars Caribbean Adventure this year (won only in the side games, however, it was an amazing trip to the Bahamas). This summer we will visit the WSOP; I qualified for one of the side events in a 50€ live tourney.
